I hold a Masters degree in Human Resource Management from Strathclyde University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Executive Coaching; Level A and B accredited by the British Psychological Society; and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.

I have extensive experience gained from working on a variety of assignments in both the private and public sectors; in both large complex organisations and medium sized enterprises.

I tutor on the Post Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching at Strathclyde University and have continued involvement with Transactional Analysis.

My trademark approach and style focus on creating insights for my clients that in turn lead to growth and development for both the client and their organisation.
